El excéntrico cantante británico Ozzy Osbourne, durante un concierto, arrancó de un mordisco la cabeza a un murciélago?
Todo esto comenzó cuando, en 1981 en una reunión con ejecutivos de la CBS. Su esposa Sharon le sugirió que vistiera de blanco impoluto y que llevara palomas como símbolo de la paz que debía soltar al comienzo de la entrevista. Pero Ozzy iba tan borracho, o "puesto", vete a saber, que cuando se acordó de las palomas, dos de ellas estaban medio muertas. A la tercera, ya muerta, le arrancó la cabeza de un mordisco ante las miradas atónitas de directivos y prensa.
Por supuesto, las acusaciones de maltrato animal no tardaron en llegar. Y su fama de excéntrico y maníaco fue en aumento. Y aquí empezaría la leyenda.
A raiz de esto, sus fans comenzaron a tirarle animales de plástico al escenario.
Fue durante un concierto, cuando un fanático arrojó al escenario un murciélago real que estaba malherido. Ozzy cogió el murciélago y creyendo que se trataba de un juguete (o eso dijo él), lo mordió por el cuello hasta decapitarlo.
El concierto fue suspendido y Ozzy trasladado al hospital para darle la antitetánica.
